Time: 5 minutes
1-2: Cut up frozen bananas
2-3 Tablespoons of peanut butter
½ cup of soy, almond or any type of milk*
*Can alter depending on thickness preference
Combine the above ingredients in a blender for 30-60 seconds depending on speed. You may have to add more milk depending on your preference of thickness and what type of blender you are using. Enjoy!
Pro tip: You can swap in almond butter or add a teaspoon of cocoa powder to mix it up.
