After spending the better half of 2015 ordering take out and getting my meals from Whole Foods, one of my goals for the New Year was to cook more. Not only would it save me some money, but it would also encourage me to eat healthier.
Between school and work, I want a meal that tastes good and has relatively little prep involved. I also tend to be the type of person who finds a recipe they like and stick to it, but eating the same thing day in and day out can get boring very quickly. Luckily, I found an instagram account that eliminated these issues, Meal Prep on Fleek.
The account (@mealpreponfleek) boasts over 30 thousand followers for its simple, healthy, and affordable meal creations. Not only does it give you over one hundred different meal ideas, but the account also gives you tips on how to maximize your time in the kitchen. Next time you get your grocery list ready, be sure to check out Meal Prep for some new recipes! I’m all about the photo above, meatball & veggie “sub” on a sweet potato? Don’t mind if I do…
