For a lot of us, green food = healthy food. More often than not, green food = gross food as well. Terri, a vegetarian cafe in New York has a smoothie recipe that ensures that green is both healthy and yummy with their Green Power Smoothie. All you need are these five ingredients to get started.

Terri recommends you cut all the produce into smaller pieces and then freeze everything but the soy milk. Simply put all the ingredients into your blender, and blend until smooth.
